q987 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the q987 platform, including all sections — sports betting, slot games, fish games, promotions, deposits, withdrawals and any other features made available through the website and Android application operated under the q987 brand.

• q987 may request identity verification at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when there is a reason to verify account ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.
• Account details including name, date of birth and national identity information cannot be changed after registration without going through a formal verification process with q987 support.

Accounts that remain inactive — with no login or transaction — for an extended period may be subject to dormancy handling per the q987 dormancy policy, which may include fee deduction from the remaining balance. Active players are not affected by dormancy rules.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment the bet is placed and confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before reaching the minimum result threshold required under official competition rules, bets on that event are typically voided and stakes returned. This does not apply to markets where a result has already been settled before abandonment.
• In cricket, if a match is reduced in overs and a result is determined using Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) or another official method, bets are settled according to the official result unless specific market terms state otherwise.

7 Slot Games and Fish Games

The slots and fish games sections on q987 operate using certified random number generation (RNG) processes. Game outcomes are determined by the underlying game software and are not influenced by the platform, by other players, or by bet amounts.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game title. RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not predict or guarantee individual session outcomes.

Where an account is suspended for a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the breach — including real money balance and bonus balance — may be forfeited at q987's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach exists, any remaining real money balance will be returned via the verified payment method on file.

10 Privacy and Data
